a. Do I need to set up an account to place an order? Yes. But we've made this a very easy process.

b. How do I create an account? All you need to do is enter your name, your email and create a password you will remember. Your account will then be created automatically. You will then be able to enter further details which will be used by us as your default delivery address. You can also see any previous orders you've placed with us.

c. I have forgotten my password. What should I do? Go to the Homepage, and click 'click here to login or register' , a new page will load, click on the Forgotten your password? link. You will then be asked for your email address. We will then email a temporary password to you, so you can login to your account, and create a new password.

d. How do I return an item? Goods can be returned as 'unsuitable' within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition to: Returns Department, Self Unlimited, PO Box 7898, Leicester, LE19 1WU.

e. I bought some cards, and made a donation. I am now being asked to Gift Aid that donation. What is Gift Aid? click to discover more about Gift Aid.

The Government's Gift Aid scheme is for gifts of money by individuals who pay UK tax. All we ask is that you tell us you are a taxpayer and we can claim an extra 25% on the donation you make. Just tell us you're eligible and we'll do the rest.
